Ellie, does this mean you'll be changing the policy of your own discussion forums on Dot Email to prohibit anonymous posting? I recall watching a lot of ESP folks have to run and defend themselves against false and incorrect statements posted there anonymously.

It's a bit hard to understand how you can come here and cry about the exact same thing.

As far as Mick not reaching out to you directly, I don't blame him. You are Not Impressive. The first any of us heard of you was stumbling across your typo-laden rant against Spamhaus, expressing surprise that other senders would support such an organization. I note that you took that post down, I assume this was your way of crying uncle after receiving too much negative feedback.

I'm sure you can understand how your railing against an entity that we all support as a bringer of best practices combined with very weak public policy statements might make us question your actual commitment to enforcement of best practice requirements.

Concerned Internet User,

You obviously don't know anything about my company since we have tossed out customers who refuse to use best practices. Instead of hiding behind an alias, why don't you debate me in a public forum with your real name?

@Elie,
 What would you do if Mick had contacted you? I know what you would do, you would squirm around and cry and moan and say it wasn't spam and that you follow the I-CAN-SPAM law. Well in the real world CAN-SPAM is a joke.

Mick,

If you have a problem with one of our clients why don't you call it to our attention instead of whinning about it in your blog? Instead of paying lip service you could have actually contacted someone that has the power to stop this. Oh wait! You work for a competitor that would rather bash instead of trying to help the industry.

Warm regards,

Elie Ashery
President & CEO of Gold Lasso
