		<description>Ok, it wasn&#039;t a sparrow, but could it be a pterodactilus?
Oh, boy, that´s insane; such a Lawsuit couldn´t even be submitted to Court. The only way to prevent birds from flying to the Garden would be not to have an outdoor one!
It occurred to me that Ms. Nichols could´ve been attacked by any bird in the street, on her way to the garden. Who would she sues then?(Remember Hitchcock)</description>
