		<description>Of course not.  They do monitor Internet use.  After getting a court order they&#039;ve even been able to install key loggers and other such nefarious programs.  They have discontinued use of Carnivore (under its various names) because they say there are better programs that do the same thing now available commercially.

I think they&#039;ve been upfront about the fact that they monitor such things.  It&#039;s just that they won&#039;t email with questions about it.</description>

		<description>Ya know... I couldn&#039;t help but notice that the FBI was quite clear about not sending out this type of email but didn&#039;t say anything about not monitoring Internet use :-)</description>
