		<description>The terrible tragedy aside, the citizens of Harris County, Texas are paying a lot of money for incompetent barristers. Those supposed lawyers must have gotten their degrees out of Cracker Jack boxes.  When you go out and get a hired gun, you should at least make sure he can shoot straight.  Dietz reminds me of that Lee Marvin character in the movie, Cat Ballou.  I don&#039;t think Dietz intended to be a laughing stock, however.</description>
