To Resell or Not To Resell
Well, all in all, I host some 13 domains and directly control around 5.
A client today asked what she should do about changing domain registrars. I gave her the names of a couple of registrars that are at least cheaper than Network Solutions (her current registrar).
But, it started me to thinking. Would it be worth it to pay the money to become at least a reseller of registrar services? OpenSRS (Tucows) says that it’s not that economical if you’re only going to do a dozen. They recommend waiting until you have 25 domains to register.
So, maybe not yet? Go ahead and take the plunge and hope for more people just looking to register?
