		<description>A hydrogen-burning automobile would certainly reduce emmisions problems - but for one slight restriction:  where do we get the hydrogen FROM?  Current production methodologies require lots of energy to PRODUCE the hydrogen - energy that can only come from fossil fuels, at this time...</description>
