Spam Gets NALG’s Attention

Technology Comments (0)

I just stumbled across this blurb about someone doing an apparently unauthorized spam run.

It’s good to see a company decide to take such proactive measures with regard to someone sending out spam regarding their company. Even if I’ve never heard of Mark Bryn or Bryn & Associates. (If you’re looking for legal counsel to deal with spam issues, I would suggest contacting Anne Mitchell with the Institute for Spam & Public Policy.)

Really, it’s in the company’s best interest to do so, given the vendor liability clause of the CAN-SPAM Act.
