By that standard, Chuck, someone should nominate Lt. William Calley to high national office. He also went instead of going to a “play war in Texas.”

By the way, what “play war” happened here during that time frame?

Kerry fought in a real war, not a play war in Texas. Criminal or not, he certianly has more in the credentials dept. than Mr. Bush. And when he does lie to the people, he will do it without the smirk that makes Mr. Bush look so unqualified. They both are lousy canditates. Go McCain 2008!

Thank you for the intestinal fortitude to post such a site. He (Kerry) is what he is and always has been. I only wish voters would read more and rely less on the barfings of the television media to form their opinions. All polls aside, I continue to ask, why would anyone want to elect a self-proclaimed war criminal to the office of U.S. President?

Every person is responsible for their own actions. Just following orders is no excuse for immoral behavior. I find it hard to believe that the democrats nominated a war criminal for their 2004 presidential candidate. Mr. Kerry only wants to talk about his 3 purple hearts and his heroic actions, not the atrocities he has committed. Mr. Kerry should go into more detail as to what exactly he did and assume full responsible for his own actions.
How do we know that some of the atrocities he refers to didn�t include the wrongful murder of innocent people? Are the American people on the edge of electing someone like Sgt. Barns from the movie Platoon? Sgt. Barns had a lot of medals, but he also was a despicable war criminal.

Kerry wants power that�s all he wants, that�s all he knows. THE POWER OF THE PRESIDENCY. He will do anything and tell you everything you want to hear, and more to become President. People of America please DO NOT VOTE for John Kerry. He is telling everybody the side of the issue they want to hear. Listen to prior statements that John Kerry has made. If he applied to any job interview he would not even be considered. DONT VOTE FOR JOHN KERRY PLEASE.

I would never vote for a confessed war criminal or a disgarce of a being who pictures the American flag upside down. I don’t know how anyone could, unless they are so afraid of the terrorists, a war criminal is okay with them….
